Water supply in our Townships is drawn from home wells and disposed via septic tanks. This seminar will present local volunteer and government efforts to manage our water resources to avoid overuse, mitigate drought effects, avoid well contamination, and promote citizen stewardship. Hydrology basics and the data collection programs of the Bridgeton, Nockamixon, Tinicum Groundwater Management Committee (BNTGMC) will be presented.
